I am Agustín Gutiérrez, a Telecommunications and Electronics Engineer and the head of Renov-Art. I lead a team of four professionals and a network of specialist collaborators.
My aim is for every project to combine sound technical planning, organised execution and carefully finished work. I want clients to know who is behind their renovation and to have someone they can contact directly whenever they need to discuss anything.

Every completed job comes with a 3-year workmanship guarantee. It covers problems attributable to Renov-Art's work. Each case is assessed to distinguish a workmanship issue from damage caused by use, maintenance, accidents or external factors.

Covered: a proven workmanship defect, such as incorrect fitting, faulty installation or material incorrectly applied by our team.
Not covered: wear and tear or lack of maintenance, blockages caused by use, impacts, building movement, subsequent alterations or material choices made against technical advice. The specific cover is confirmed after the issue has been inspected and its cause established.

Yes. We mainly carry out full and partial renovations of flats and apartments. We also renovate kitchens and bathrooms and undertake other coordinated work within the home.
Which areas do you cover?
We mainly work in Valencia. For full renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, we also consider projects in nearby towns. Other work is carried out within Valencia city.
Do you coordinate all the tradespeople?
Yes. We organise the trades required so that you do not have to hire and coordinate them separately.
