Privacy policy

At renov-art.es, we process users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable Spanish data protection legislation.

2. Data we collect

Through the contact form, the following data may be collected:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

The user guarantees that the data provided is true, accurate and up to date.

3. Purpose of processing

The data is processed solely to:

  • Respond to information requests and contact the user in relation to the renovation services offered.

The data will not be used for purposes other than those stated above without prior notice and, where necessary, requesting consent.

4. Lawful basis

The lawful basis for processing is:

  • The user’s consent, by ticking/accepting the submission of the form and providing their data to be contacted.

The user may withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

5. Data retention

The data will be kept:

  • For as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and carry out any commercial follow-up arising from the request, and subsequently for the legally required periods in case of liabilities.
  • If no relationship is initiated, it will be deleted within a reasonable period once the request has been resolved.

6. Recipients and disclosures

Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required.

Incidentally, the data may be processed by service providers necessary for the operation of the website (for example, hosting and email), acting as data processors under a contract in accordance with the GDPR.

7. International transfers

As a general rule, no international transfers of data are carried out.

However, if any technology provider uses servers located outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the GDPR (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid mechanisms).

8. Users’ rights

The user may exercise the following rights:

  • Access to their data
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten)
  • Objection to processing
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability

To exercise these rights, the user must send a request to proyectos@renov-art.es stating the right they wish to exercise and attaching a document that proves their identity (for example, a partial copy of their ID card, only what is strictly necessary).

Likewise, if the user considers that their rights have not been properly addressed, they may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

9. Security measures

The data controller applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and prevent its loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.

10. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to adapt to legal or technical changes. Users are advised to review it periodically.
